First, we were picked up by Ah teh's reckless cousin back to his house after waiting for Hojun, Fatt Chi, Yoon Kent and Wai Khan at the Sungai Nibong bus terminal.
Unloading our baggages, we were honked by his cousin to get downstairs to fetch him to get his car. Then, we straight went for our dinner. Quite a mouthwatering and exquisite one - seafood dinner. Big shock, quite cheap!
After the dinner, we went back to ah teh's mansion. His house was indeed filthy and dusty due to unfinished renovation. I couldn't stand so I helped to mop the room. After changing our outfits, we equipped with all the barbeque 'gadgets' and set out to the beach.
We were cheated by ah teh. There was no one but us barbequeing at the shore. Anyway, we started the fire by digging a hole and played with the firestarter and charcoal. Thank god we made it. Putting on the wire gauze, we started to grill our food - sausage and fish ball. Got praised by passersby for our creativity.
We had some beer to drink with the meal. Someone under 18 was also drinking beer!
Started our new mission, catching crabs. I accidentally hit a quite-big-in-size crab. One of its legs was hurt. So it stayed on the shore and we could easily caught it. Feeling bad for it. But shouting at the sea together with friends, I felt incredibly jubilant. Then, we countdown-ed by ourselves. Haha.
We then went back at around 1am. We were shocked when we were told the bathroom in the house couldn't be used. Anyway, we also used it as our last resort. At night, the aircond was on at 17 degree celcius. That Fatt Chi was frosen to death. He couldn't stabd anymore after few hours so he decided to raise the temperature to 30 degree celcius. My god, I was like barbeque pork. But he and Khan said very cosy.
The next day, the one who said to wake up at 4am to admire sunrise woke up at 8am. Few alarms rang at 7am but no one seemed to bother.
8-10am Breakfast, fried mee, curry mee, popiah and G-cheong-fun
10-11am I unwittingly drove on to the Penang bridge. Haha
11am-12pm Queensbay
12-1.30pm Laksa
1.30-2pm Travel around gurney drive, didn't enter Gurney due to no parking bay
2-2.30pm Resting
2.30-5pm Beach to play (see in the photographs)
5-6.30pm Resting and bathing
6.30-7.45pm Dinner at hawker, fried mee, fried jelly fish, squid, Hokkien mee, curry mee, Lobak, oyster fried with egg, etc
